Woman Robbed By Man With Gun While Doing Laundry: SCPD
The woman tried to run after the robber but stopped when he displayed a gun, police say.
BAY SHORE, NY - A woman was robbed by a man with a gun while doing laundry in Bay Shore on Monday morning, according to Suffolk Police.
The woman was at Laundry Depot on 1735 Union Boulevard when a man distracted her and grabbed her purse and ran away.
She ran after him and he displayed a firearm.

He fled with the purse which contained cash, keys and a debit card.
No injuries were reported.
