CITY PARKS FOUNDATION TO HOLD TRYOUTS ON MAY 21st FOR SCHOLARSHIP TENNIS ACADEMY

Calling All Young Tennis Aces!

City Parks Foundation’s LACOSTE Junior Tennis Academy tryouts will be held on Saturday, May 21st with check-in from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm and play beginning at 3:00 pm at the USTA/ Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens. Fifty players between the ages of eight to 17 will be selected for scholarships for the Academy, a free, six-week tournament-training program held from July – August.

Since the Academy’s inception in 1986, hundreds of local juniors have earned college scholarships or USTA rankings, including several who have played in the US Open.
