A Douglaston man has won $10,000 in the Lottery's Cash! scratch-off game. Martin Laskin purchased a winning ticket in the New York Lotter's $5 million Cash! game at the Fortune Smoke Shop on Old Country Road in Westbury, L.I., according to the Lottery. Laskin's winning ticket was for $10,000. The Douglaston resident could not be reached for comment.
