      Take a class with master James Ran.

Master James Ran has spent his life to learning and refining the YI - JING - MN system. YI - JING - MN , incorporates Tai Chi , Bau Gua , Xing Yi , Baji , and kung fu. emphasizes fluid graceful movements , yet are highly effective self - defense , techniques , internal exercises and forms cultivate CHI energy for health and self - defense.

Classes are every Sunday morning from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. afternoon from 1:30 to 2: 30 p.m. 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at kissena park.( between 165 st & oak Ave,)
