Community Board 11 will be conducting its monthly meeting at Middle School 158, in the school's auditorium, on Monday, Jan. 3rd at 7:30 pm. After participants of the community speak, there will be a public hearing regarding Fairway, which is set to replace Waldbaum's in Douglaston's shopping plaza.
