The Deepdale and Beech Hills Co-op communities will host a town hall meeting at Marathon School to discuss the current hot-button issue: the Queens Co-op tax revolt and rising property valuations.
At issue, are the approximately 100 percent increases in the valuations of co-op residents in eastern Queens. Elected government officials and the Commissioner of Finance have been invited to the meeting.
