The will host its Diabetes Education and Support Group every first Wednesday of the month.
Those living with diabetes, or interested in learning more about it, are welcome to join the group at the hospital's Cardiac Health Center in Fresh Meadows.
The group meets for 1 hour, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Interested parties can contact 718-670-1695 for further details.
