NCC: Breast Cancer Awareness Expo & Walk

The college will host a one-mile walkathon to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month on the campus. The walk will benefit Mid-Nassau Lend a Helping Hand, Inc., which provides an array of services to patients and their families including reimbursements for childcare, housecleaning, meal preparation, emergency financial assistance and massage therapy. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. followed by the walk at noon.

Sponsors at the Expo will include:

-Design Innovators Club

-The Intramural Well-Being Programs

-The Health, Physical Education and Recreation Department

-The Cure for Cancer Club. 

Refreshments will be served. T-shirts will also be available.
