NCC Lecture: "The Police and the Constitution"

In honor of Constitution Day, NYPD detective and history professor James Coll will give a presentation entitled "The Police and the Constitution." Coll will include some popular Supreme Court decisions to discuss the modern-day challenges between society and the Constitution.

The following topics will be discussed:
