Kaplan and the Bay Terrace Branch of the Queens Public Library are going to adiminister a practice exam for those getting ready to take the Specialized High School Aptitude Tests. Students are invited to get a taste of what the actual exam will entail. All students need to do to participate is show up to the library at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17.
