UPDATE: Mobil Gas Station Robbed
Thieves strike Northern Boulevard station for the second time in five months, according to Breaking News Network.
Update, 11:20 a.m.: Employees at the Mobil service station confirmed that the robbery occurred earlier this morning.
A spokesman for the 111th Precinct said the robber stole $900 and fled on foot. No arrests have been made at this time.
Original story, 9:24 a.m.: The Mobil service station on Northern Boulevard was robbed earlier this morning, according to the Breaking News Network.

The gas station had , when a man pulled a gun on a cashier and forced him to lay down on the floor.
The 111th Precinct could not be reached to confirm today’s robbery.

According to the BNN, the incident occurred just before 8:30 a.m. and a helicopter had been requested to search for the robber.
It was unclear how much money had been stolen.
The station is located at 244-05 Northern Blvd.
