Wednesday, May 27th is National Senior Health and Fitness Day! What a better way to recognize the importance of this day to our community’s seniors than to hold an event in their honor. To mark this day, Services Now for Adult Persons, Inc. one of NYC’s finest Innovative Senior Centers will be hosting it’s 4th Annual Health and Fitness Expo from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. It will take place at SNAP of Eastern Queens, 80-45 Winchester Blvd Bldg # 4 in Queens Village, NY.
SNAP would like to cordially invite all seniors to expand their awareness of optimum health practices and physical fitness. More than 20 health care providers from a variety of disciplines shall be in attendance. Selective practitioners will be offering informative seminars throughout the morning as well as free screenings.
