Volunteer Clean-Up Effort Aims To Beautify Crocheron Park
Led by the Friends of Crocheron & John Golden Park, volunteers will clear litter from Crocheron Park's trails and Golden Pond on Saturday.

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — Volunteers will head to Crocheron Park on Saturday for a two-hour clean-up effort of "one of Bayside's most valuable assets," in the words of one organizer.
Led by the Friends of Crocheron & John Golden Park, the team will clear litter from trails, flower beds and Golden Pond to help restore the park's wildlife habitats.
All necessary tools will be provided. Volunteers are asked to wear a mask and bring a reusable water bottle.
