1 Dead, 6 Teens Hurt After Shooting At Bed-Stuy Party: Cops
A 20-year-old woman died and six teenagers were hurt after a shooting on Albany Avenue, police said.

BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — A young woman has died and six teenagers are in the hospital after a late-night shooting on Albany Street on Sunday, police said.
The shooting broke out at a building between Fulton and Decatur street just after 11 p.m. at what appeared to be an after party for a Sweet 16 party that was broken up earlier that night in East New York, according to police and reports.
Among those shot at Albany Avenue was a 20-year-old woman who was hit in the buttocks and taken to Woodhull Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said.

A 19-year-old shot in the torso, a 14-year-old shot in the buttocks, a 16-year-old shot in the torso, a 15-year-old shot in the leg and two 18-year-olds, both shot in the leg, were all taken to Kings County Hospital, police said. The 16-year-old boy is in critical condition and the rest are stable, according to police.
Police believe the shooting was possibly retaliation for a shooting at the Sweet 16 party, which injured a 17-year-old, according to CBS.

There were no arrests as of early Monday morning, according to police.
