On a quiet friendly tree lined block, the amazing sound of Jazz comes alive from the Parlor area, normally used for musical acoustic events.
Somewhere within the1800’s a classic music was taking birth, JAZZ. With the creation of Jazz and Brownstones we’ve created our venue called BrownstoneJAZZ. A very unique Boutique Jazz Salon. Up close, intimate and personal experience, which presents a variety of jazz musicians for an authentic listening pleasure.

Ensambles formed by BsJAZZ differently each week allows for a special evening of unexpected classic jazz standards creativity.
It’s been common knowledge that many of the jazz tunes we hear today came about by musicians working together in a home setting before the music ever hit the scene.
This jazz performing and visual arts programs was designed to continue one of the historical legacies of the Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn Community, unknown to many of ever existing.
Find some of NYC’S best performances, with engaged audiences, from different parts of the world that come listen to TOP JAZZ ARTIST @ reasonable prices. Including a Traditional home prepared Famous FISH FRY Buffet Intermission, from the kitchen of the Vintage Sankofa Aban Bed and Breakfast. A Bed and Breakfast with Hotel Class, entertainment.

“Scot Albertson traveled, sang and competed internationally with the Choir for six years. Alternate paths were explored after graduating college, Scot served as a Police Officer for the City Of Norwalk, CT for six years segueing to a position as a United States Border Patrol Agent in Arizona for a year. Withdrawing from Law Enforcement, Scot returned to Connecticut to start a very successful small business which sustained for nineteen years.
-four and one half years of intensive study, Scot’s Debut CD (Got A Date With Fate) was recorded with world renowned Bassist Mark Egan, Drummer Danny Gottlieb and Producer, Composer and Pianist Jon Werking. The Debut CD was publicly released on June 17, 2005 at Danny’s Skylight Cabaret Room in New York City at Scot’s Debut as a career performer.”
