BED-STUY— Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 308 Halsey Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, bringing 10 new residences to a vacant lot near the Kingston–Throop Avenues subway station.
The proposed 45-foot building would include 8,863 square feet of residential space, with apartments averaging about 886 square feet.
The steel-frame building would also include a cellar and a 20-foot-long rear yard.
The site sits between Throop Avenue and Tompkins Avenue, near the A and C trains at Kingston–Throop Avenues.
No completion date has been announced.
