De'Vaun Lee has two silver medals, and hopes this year, he can win it at the Daily News Golden Gloves.

Boxer De’Vaun Lee, of Bed-Stuy, is hoping the third time is a charm as he fights his way to the Madison Square Garden finals of the Daily News Golden Gloves tournament, says the paper.
Lee (New Legend BC), competing in the 165-pound open division, already has two silver medals, says the article, but this time he hopes he can win it all.
“I deserve to get myself back to the Garden and win gold,” Lee told the Daily News.

At Monday night’s quarterfinals at Brooklyn’s St. Bernard’s School, Lee leveled opponent Samuel Zulueta (Atlas Cops N Kids) with a right hook in the third, and took home the P.C. Richard and Son Boxer of the Night honors in the end, says the article.
Tickets are now on sale for the Daily News Golden Gloves finals on March 29 and 30 through the Madison Square Garden box office.
