Bed-Stuy Man Fatally Shot In The Head, Police Say
Theodore Smith was shot Monday inside the Sumner Houses building where he lived, police said.
BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — A Bed-Stuy man was shot in the head inside his Park Avenue home Monday evening, police said.
Theodore Smith, 29, was attacked inside a Sumner Houses building at 896 Park Ave. at about 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 12, said police.
Emergency responders rushed Smith to Woodhull Hospital but doctors were unable to save his life, police said.

No arrests had been made as of Tuesday morning but the investigation remains ongoing, according to police.
