Bed-Stuy Teen Shot Another In Head In Broad Daylight, Cops Say
Justin Delapara, 17, was charged for the murder of 16-year-old Latrell Brown in Bed-Stuy Wednesday afternoon, police said.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — A teenager has been charged with murder for shooting another teen in the head Wednesday afternoon, according to police.
Justin Delapara, 17, whipped out a gun and shot Latrell Brown, 16, near the corner of Macon Street and Stuyvesant Avenue at about 2 p.m., said police.
Emergency responders rushed Brown to Kings County Hospital but doctors could not save him, police said.

Investigators took Delapara, who lives five houses away from where Brown was shot, in for questioning soon after the shooting, said police.
Police charged Delapara with murder and criminal possession of a loaded weapon at about 10 p.m. Wednesday night.
