BK Man Shot Dead In Brownsville, 1 Other Injured: NYPD
Lamont Russell, 30, was fatally shot on May 18, police said.

BROOKLYN, NY — A 30-year-old Bed-Stuy man was shot and killed near a Brownsville apartment building over the weekend, police said.
Lamont Russell was fatally shot, on May 18 at about 10:57 p.m., in the vicinity of 101 Osborne Street, police said.
Officers responding to a 911 call of two people shot found Russell with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and a 28-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the hand, police said.

Russell was taken to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he has later pronounced dead, police said.
The 28-year-old man was taken to the same hospital in stable condition.
