Brooklyn Man Dies From Gunshot Wounds In Early Morning Shooting
No arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing.
BROOKLYN, NY – Police are investigating after a man died from apparent gunshot wounds in Brooklyn early Sunday morning.
On Sunday just before 1:30 a.m., police responded to reports that a person had been shot at 885 Gates Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found an unconscious and unresponsive man with two gunshot wounds in his torso.

The man was transported to NYC Health+Hospitals/Kings County in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead.
He has been identified as Malik Wright, 33 of Brooklyn.
