What to expect-
Presenting the best jazz artists and live concerts in a classic 19th c. original detailed townhouse, located in Brooklyn's Historical Landmark area of Bedford Stuyvesant Gateway tree-lined community.
There are many up to date ways of keeping jazz alive, but only BSJazz keeps the music alive in a house of old which has kept the back in the day style. Enjoy being entertained by great american jazz in a socially diverse, cultured way of now.
Music that radiates off 1880s wooded areas, allowing for natural acoustic jazz sound. UNPLUGGED listening is considered unusual in these days, but not BrownstoneJAZZ.
While sitting in the middle of THE ROOM, the intimate musical feel is pleasantly haunting. The beautiful design of BrownstoneJAZZ is an extremely smaller version of New York City fascinating larger Music Halls, but just as effective also leaving you astounded.
What to do-
Arrive early, or stay later to enjoy some of the many Restaurants surrounding the 19th C. 1800's Historic neighborhood with food choices that flavor spiced up Bed Stuy. Visit easy travel to areas such as Coney Island, Brooklyn Bridge Park, Brooklyn Botanical Garden's, Brooklyn Museum, Jewish Children Museum, and Prospect Park. The amazing Williamsburg. Be certain to check for off Broadway Show at The Center for Arts and Culture at Restoration.
