BEDSTUY ALERT!! If you or someone you know is parked on Halsey between Tompkins & Throop, Northside of the street and you find your car damaged, it was likely this guy.
He reversed into the parking space so hard that it pushed back the 3 cars behind him. The tow hitch from the jeep even fell on the car behind it.
