Eletric bicycles clogging our streets.

Lets talk about eletric bicycles and delivery people. Lately I keep seeing more amd moe of these bikes in the hands of food delivery people. These people were bad enough with regular bikes now a lot of them can ride at 25-30mph. You see them riding them the wrong way on the streets, on the side walks, and riding through red lights. It seems that they either dont realize or dont care that they are supposed to be following the rules of the road. These bikes are illeagal in NYC. Because thry have a motor they are supposed to be registered and have a plate on them. They should not be riden on the sidewalk at all. Way to dangerous. Do why are the poluce doing nothing about them. I hear that since the Citi bike program started the police have been handing out tickets to people riding them left and right yet I rarely have see the police ticketing these eletric bikes. Why would they go after one segment of riders and not the other.
