Brooklyn Brewery Beer and Oyster Sip 'n' Slurp

You've sipped wine with oysters, but have you considered the salty and malty synergies of beer and oysters?

Brooklyn Brewery and W&T Seafood are hosting a Sip 'n' Slurp beer and oyster pairing at the brewery.

Come slurp the best and briniest oysters, and wash them down with specially paired brews from Brooklyn Brewery.

Garrett Oliver from Brooklyn Brewery and Nellie Wu from W&T Seafood will guide you through each beer and oyster pairing, and give background on the history and geography of each oyster.

This is a great opportunity to sample some of the more unusual draft-only offerings from Brooklyn Brewery, and taste a diverse selection of oysters from the East and West Coasts.

This includes one dozen oysters (2 each of 6 different types) paired with 6 beers. Additional oysters and beer will be available for sale after the presentation.
