Subtle Human Anatomy Revealed
Perhaps we are so accustomed to Western concepts of the physical that we haven’t even considered another perspective on why and how yoga works. Is there anything much to this practice beyond stretching and strengthening and taking a designated hour of ‘me time.’
In this workshop, you will begin to:
-explore a model of human anatomy which operates on a more subtle level than breath-acquaint with the concepts of nadis, cakras, agni, and kundalini -understand how asanas are actually formulated around particular functions, rather than a perfect form-gain confidence in simple practices which have profound results-experience a practice which is focused on the material we cover
