Family Life Development Center & Operation 3:28 presents: Operation Community Day

Family Life Development Center and Operation 3:28 will host their Operation Community Day at Bedford Ave. between Sterling Place & Park Place on Saturday, July 11 from 10:00 am - 5:00 p.m. New York State Senator Jesse Hamilton and State Farm Agent Alan Wheeler will address the young adults participating in the community day.

During the program, young adults will participate in Your First Home and Your Finances workshops presented by State Farm. Zumba and boot camp classes are being offered. They will host a 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament. New York State Senator Jesse Hamilton will give a political address to inspire civic engagement at a young age.

State Farm is proud to sponsor the refreshments for the day and offer free educational workshops. It is a part of our continued efforts to help local businesses and communities grow and succeed through information and education. Since 2008, our agents have conducted over 1650 workshops reaching over 30,000 participants in communities nationwide.

Make It Possible is intended to address specific needs of underserved customers by providing education, resources, and products that help people make their financial aspirations possible.
