Fatally Shot Man Found Under Blanket On Bed-Stuy Roof, Cops Say

A Long Island man was fatally shot in the head and left on the roof of the Louis Armstrong Houses, according to police.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN -- Police found a Long Island man who had been shot in the head, covered with a blanket and left on a Bed-Stuy rooftop Monday.

Emergency responders found Timmie Glover, 42, lying on the roof of the Louis Armstrong Houses near Lexington and Marcy avenues at about 1:40 p.m., said police.

Glover, of Freeport, died from a gunshot would in the back of his head, according to the Medical Examiner.

Police had not made an arrests as of Tuesday morning and the investigation remains ongoing.
