G Train Service Suspended Weekends Between Bed-Stuy And Queens
The G train won't be running between Brooklyn and Queens for the next five weekends, a local community board announced.
BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN -- This weekend, the G does not stand for great.
There will be no G train service between the Bedford-Nostrand Avenues station in Bed-Stuy and Court Square in Queens for the next five weekends, Community Board 2 announced.
Free shuttle buses will replace G trains from 9:45 p.m. Friday through 5 a.m. Monday the weekends of Sept. 7, Sept. 14, Sept. 21. Sept. 28 and Nov. 2, officials said.

MTA workers will complete track maintenance during those weekend, according to the agency website.
