Keep in mind that the stolen moment of throwing it to the wind may be just what you need to clear your mind.I
am not suggesting that you run away from your issues or turn your back on a pressing issue in your personal or professional life. I am suggesting that you to let the debris that is collecting in your life fly away in the wind so that you can catch your breath. You may actually find an answer or see the light at the end of the tunnel in the moment of release.
How does that make you feel to know that the release may remove the obstructions in your way and allow you to see the clearing.

4. Breathe and allow your mind to rest
5. LIVE IN THE MOMENT
It is important to recognize the good or bad changes that are occurring in your life as you make this release. If the newness is not pleasing to you then be swift to act, don't let new obstructions linger. The goal is to receive what is needed to help us grow and be successful.
