Person Hit And Killed By Train At Utica Avenue In Bed-Stuy: MTA
Trains were bypassing the station while emergency responders addressed the incident, the MTA said.
BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — A person was hit and killed by a train at Utica Avenue station in Bed-Stuy on Wednesday morning, according to the MTA and FDNY.
Emergency responders rushed to the A/C station around 9:20 a.m. after hearing someone had been hit at the subway stop, according to the FDNY. The person was pronounced dead on the scene, the department said.
Southbound A and C trains bypassed the Utica Avenue station during the incident, according to the MTA.

The trains resumed making stops just before 11 a.m. Transit officials said to expect delays.
