BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — A treasured pop-up Caribbean restaurant has found a new home in Bed-stuy as Wadadli A.M., according to a new report

Wadadli's new space on Tompkins and Putnam avenues is reportedly tiny, but that won't stop owner Edward Hughes from pursuing big plans to serve menu favorites such as jerk chicken and waffles, escovitch fish, and shrimp and grits, Eater New York reports.

Hungry customers can enjoy their nosh sitting on picnic benches in front of his new shop, conveniently located next to his old home at 370 Tompkins Ave, according to Eater.

The online food pub also reports that Hughes and his team are already churning through 750 pounds of chicken each week since opening last June.

And if the average chicken weighs in at close to six pounds, according to The Humane League, that comes out to over 130 birds a week. Not bad for a few month's work.

Hughes has been serving jerk chicken and fish to revelers outside the Bed-Vyne cocktail bar on Halsey Street and Throop Avenue for the past four years, reports Eater.
