Tired of overheating while exercise?? Hypothermia and overheating can lead to a heat stroke, and deadly condition that can occur when the body reaches a high core temperature, usually 104 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, which is very dangerous for the body.
To prevent overheating is important. Drinking plenty of water is one of the smartest things to do when preventing overheating. In hot temperatures wear light colored lightweight and non-restrictive clothing that allows your skin to breathe. Please Please know your limits when your exercising. When you feel winded, slow down or rest. Also when exercising don't start out with full speed work out , slowly and gradually build your heart rate and intensity of the work out. And another important tip, stay away from alcohol not only when your exercising , in general as well. Alcohol promotes dehydration.
