Women Attack Elderly Brooklyn Man For $20 And MetroCard, Cops

Rachel Golden is wanted for mugging an 85-year-old man in Bed-Stuy, police said.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN -- Police are looking for the woman who broke an elderly man's hip while robbing him of $20 and a MetroCard.

Rachel Gordon, 41, stands accused of lunging at the 85-year-old man on the corner of Fulton Street and Troy Avenue at about 6:25 a.m. on June 21, police said.

Gordon and Geneva Johnson, 27, shoved the man to the ground, grabbed his wallet and ran away, said police.

Emergency responders rushed the elderly man in serious condition to Methodist Hospital where he was treated and released, police said.

Johnson was arrested on July 30 and charged with robbery and assault as a hate crime, because of her victim's age, court records show.

Police are still looking for Gordon, whose photo they released Wednesday night.

Anyone with information about her location is asked to contact police.
