58-Year-Old Arrested in Lewisboro on Aggravated DWI Charge
Regan was pulled over on Route 35 after a trooper spotted him allegedly driving erratically.

South Salem resident Neil P. Regan, 58, was arrested Sunday in Lewisboro by New York State Police on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated, authorities announced.
Regan was pulled over on Route 35 after a trooper spotted him allegedly driving erratically by “crossing hazardous pavement markings.”
Police said Regan’s blood alcohol concentration was 0.21 percent, which is above the legal limit. He was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Town of Lewisboro Court on October 27, 2014, at 6:30 p.m.
