Adam Heller, Former Fox Lane High School Teacher, Loses Appeal over Firing
A Pound Ridge resident, Heller is appealing the latest court decision.

Adam Heller, whose online rants following the Sandy Hook shooting led to his firing from Bedford’s Fox Lane School, recently lost a court appeal to have his job reinstated, according to a report in The Journal News.
Heller was originally hired by the district in 2003 and fired in May of this year. Following the Sandy Hook shooting, he began ranting online about killing people, and he purchased more than one firearm. School officials deemed he suffered from “mental illness” and he was subsequently fired.
