children in our public schools, Todd knows

Todd has 27 years experience as a litigator in

District, Civil, Supreme and Federal Courts.

He has decided cases for 16 years as a

court-appointed arbitrator.

He understands that Bedford residents deserve

to be treated fairly and that their rights and

property are respected and protected.

He will maintain and improve the integrity,

proficiency and efficiency of our Town Court.
