Arrest Made In 2015 Death Of North Salem Socialite
The suspect is a former employee at the estate.

NORTH SALEM, NY — An arrest has been made in the death of North Salem socialite Lois Colley. The suspect is an undocumented Guatemalan man identified as Esdras Anibal Marroquin Gomez. He was an employee at Colley’s estate.
An indictment was unsealed Monday in Westchester County Court, the New York Post said.
Marroquin Gomez was charged with second-degree murder, the Journal News said.

Colley, 83, was killed Nov. 9, 2015. Her body was found in the laundry room of her home on Titicus Road.
State Police said Colley died of blunt force trauma.

There were no signs of forced entry and no valuables appear to have been taken from the home.
Her husband, Eugene Colley, 88, the multimillionaire owner of 100 McDonald's franchises, was interviewed by authorities and was determined to not be a suspect
