Astorino Joins Opposition to Iran Deal
At a rally on Tuesday, the Westchester County Executive will speak out against the proposed deal.

Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino will join a host of other politicians Tuesday, Sept. 1, at a rally in New York City against the proposed Iran deal, his office announced.
The rally will be held in front of United State Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand’s office, on the corner of 49th Street and 3rd Avenue, in an effort to put pressure on her to oppose the deal. Earlier this month, Gillibrand came out in favor of the deal, though she said she found it to be flawed.
Several New York politicians, including Sen. Charles Schumer, and Reps. Nita Lowey and Eliot Engel, oppose the deal.
