Bedford Central School District Calendar 2021-22: First Day

BEDFORD, NY — Before you know it, the 2021-22 school year will be starting.

The first day of classes for the Bedford Central school district is Wednesday, Sept. 1.

Whether or not you and your children are looking forward to the new school year, you will want to write down the dates in your calendar as soon as possible.

Here is the full list of dates to know for the 2021-22 school year:

Four adverse weather condition days are built into the school calendar in the event that schools must be closed for bad weather. Weather makeup days are to be taken in the following order: April 18 (Monday), April 11 (Monday), April 12 (Tuesday), April 13 (Wednesday), April 14 (Thursday). It is requested that irrevocable plans not be made for spring recess.
