Bedford-Pound Ridge Cub Scout Pack 170 - Annual Trip to Thunderbird Games

Bedford-Pound Ridge Cub Scout Pack 170 - Annual Trip to Thunderbird Games

Bedford-Pound Ridge Cub Scouts Pack 170 joined hundreds of other scouts in New York's Westchester-Putnam Council's 24th annual Thunderbird Games. The event was also open to the public and was held over the weekend at Croton Point Park, Croton-on-Hudson. Warm weather kicked off the day with opening ceremonies, followed by fun games and activities such as human foosball, a chariot race, the triangle walk, rock climbing and archery. Fireworks ended the day’s festivities and an overnight family campout for those wishing to stay. The event is run by various Boy Scout troops and is an annual Cub Scout tradition.

Pack 170 is still offering enrollment to boys in grades K-5. If you are interested, their next open meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 9th. Please send an email to info@newyorkscouts.com for more information.
