BEDFORD, NY — A complaint from a parent led to the arrest of a store owner who was accused of selling tobacco-related products to a minor. Bedford police said the complaint, which was received July 30, said the 15-year-old child bought "Juul" mint nicotine and package of CBD edibles from the Vape and Smoke Shop, 742 Bedford Road in Bedford Hills.
An investigation led to the arrest of Chuan Lin of Lake Hiawatha, New Jersey. He was taken into custody at his store and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
