Civil discourse starts with mutual respect—not necessarily agreement. This workshop explores how we may unknowingly contribute to polarization, and how to shift toward healthier conversations. Led by a volunteer Braver Angels Facilitator, the session focuses on building awareness and skills for more respectful dialogue. In today’s climate, much of our political conflict isn’t about differing views on issues—it’s fueled by emotionally charged, polarizing exchanges. Braver Angels is a nonpartisan, non-religious organization that creates tools to help bridge the political divide. Café opens at 6pm; program begins at 7pm.
