Join us on Sunday mornings (10-11am), beginning on July 12, for sitting meditation and slow-walking through our Japanese Stroll Garden at the Hammond Museum.
Each week, we will examine a Buddhist text, poetry, and imagery, exploring ways in which mindfulness encourages creativity. This program is non-denominational and open to people of all beliefs.
Everyone is welcome!
Program led by Kanshin Robyn Ellenbogen, a visual artist, Zen Buddhist priest, and a certified Death Doula. There is no fee, however, donations to the group leader are appreciated.
