Coaches Clinic - KLBS Girls Softball - over 30 Years Serving Our Surrounding Communities

KLBS SOFTBALL( Formerly KBGS) - A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN - NEW COACHES CLINIC PROGRAM

KLBS is holding clinics for those interested in coaching in our Spring Recreational Program.

KLBS believes a quality softball program starts with well-trained coaches, and has organized several clinics to ensure our coaches have the tools they need for their teams.

When: Sunday March 15th & Sunday March 22nd from 4-5:30PM

Where: ProSwing Mt. Kisco Cost: Free, in appreciation of you volunteering to coach

Instructors: Dan Gray, former Major League Player and owner of ProSwing and Elyssa Michaels, Professional Softball Coach and ProSwing Softball Instructor

Agenda: - KLBS League Core Philosophy: Development, Competition, Sportsmanship, Fun - Player Development Training: Fielding, Throwing, Hitting, Base Running - Running a quality practice: Warm-ups, Drills, Keeping it Fun, Encouragement - Game preparation: Equipment Bag, Sample Line-up cards, Email communication with parents - Game Management: Player Rotation - Safety: Safe play, First Aid, when to call 911 - Q&A

You must attend at least one clinic in order to be a Head Coach. Assistant Coaches are also highly encouraged to attend. Administered by Jim Falino, KLBS Board, Travel Coach
