Comprehensive Plan Meetings to Give Bedford Residents Chance to Voice Opinions

The town is in the process of revising its primary planning document.

Residents of the town of Bedford will have a couple of opportunities to help shape the future of the place they live.

Town officials have scheduled two comprehensive plan meetings in which they will ask residents for input regarding their priorities as the comprehensive plan is revised.

The meetings will be held Jan. 13 at the Bedford Presbyterian Church, located at 44 Village Green in Bedford, and Feb. 3 at the Katonah Village Library, 26 Bedford Rd. in Katonah.

Both meetings will begin at 7 p.m. and are scheduled to last for two hours.

According to a flyer from the town, people will be asked for their opinions on such issues as environment and natural resources, town services and utilities, commercial development and open space.
