Criminal Mischief Charges Stem from Brother-Sister Dispute

A 17-year-old was charged with criminal mischief in Bedford Hills April 27.
Police were called to an Adams Street address for a domestic dispute, which was an escalating argument between a brother and his sister.
Police said the brother disabled equipment prevent an emergency call to be made.
