Cuomo Signs $15 Minimum Wage, Paid Family Leave Bill

Cuomo and the legislature came to an agreement last week to up the minimum pay over three years for New York City. In Westchester, it will be phased in over six years, according to the Albany Times Union.
According to an Associated Press article at FIOS1News.com, Republicans in the state Senate wanted to give businesses more time to be able to pay out the higher wages outside of New York City.
