Don't Miss: 'The Secret Garden' From Bedford Community Theatre

The Bedford Community Theatre's fall production of "The Secret Garden" has its final performances coming up Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The show, based on the beloved children's book by Frances Hodgson Burnett, is appropriate for audiences aged 8 and up.

In summary: Orphaned in India, 11 year-old Mary Lennox returns to Yorkshire to live with her embittered, reclusive uncle Archibald and his invalid son Colin. The estate’s many wonders include a magic garden which beckons the children with haunting melodies and the “Dreamers,” spirits from Mary’s past, who guide her through her new life, dramatizing The Secret Garden’s compelling tale of forgiveness and renewal.

The theatre group's home is the Bedford Hills Community House. All tickets are $20 + a $2.09 processing fee. A 50 percent discount is being offered for active duty Military personnel.
