Downward-Facing Pup: Bedford Feels Zen Of Puppy Yoga For A Cause
The playful practice at Sunshine CrossFit and Athletics helped BluePath Service Dogs to provide animals for families touched by autism.

BEDFORD HILLS, NY — Everything can be improved by adding adorable puppies, apparently, even the spiritual and health benefits of yoga.
Sunshine CrossFit and Athletics' sold-out Puppy Yoga fundraiser to benefit BluePath Service Dogs Thursday proved the point. The nonprofit BluePath provides service dogs to children with autism, free of charge.
Cute puppies aren't the only things that can improve a fundraiser — a wine and cheese reception followed the yoga practice, with wine donated by Siemers Wine and Spirits.
